CURE ED Naturally with Tantra Principles: Part 1 Symptoms & Reasons & Low T

Can ED be cured?  Can ED be cured naturally?  Yes, in most cases. But, right now we are going to talk about symptoms and reasons.

There are 2 instances where it is difficult to cure ED, but most men don’t have them.

1-Circulation Issues from uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease, or any health issue that seriously disturbs circulation.

2-Prostate issues.

And for the full list you can go to  However, they mostly come down to Circulation and Prostate.  And it is only in the advanced stages of these illnesses that complete ED will take place.

So for normal healthy men, natural erections are not only to be expected but should be welcomed. However!!!! Erections do change over time. Everything in our bodies changes over time. The strange thing is that men don’t think their lingam will every change and it should react the same way at 38, 45, 54, 60 & 70  as it did at 16.  At 16 everything was new, everything, and your body was at peak sex efficiency.

You see a pretty girl or a bra strap at 16 and get an erection so the focus becomes on the pursuit of women or men to make sexual contact with or masturbation.  But erections just seem to be there.  They are just there and you don’t think a thing about them.  Until about 39 or 52 or 64 when you notice they are not quite as firm.  They don’t appear as if by magic.  Doubt about your ability to get and maintain an erection begins. Then the stress of worrying about an erection makes everything worse.

Those thoughts you used to get that make you instantly erect, aren’t working.  The things you say while fucking don’t give you the same thrill. Even those special memories or images fail to get the same reaction.  And you are concerned you might be having an issue with ED.

Then you think maybe you just need a new woman or something or maybe your T is low.  Below is a good guide for Low T.  However, that is not usually the issue.  The real issue and this is only my opinion from working with men for 3 years is in the big head, not the little head. A lot of men at 39 are still trying to think about sex the same way they did at 16.  The sad truth is—it doesn’t work.  So coming tomorrow how to cure ED naturally using Tantra.

Low T

Many men notice a change in erections at around 38 to 46.  Occasionally, this can happen because of low testosterone.  Here is a good link for that information  There is a wide range of levels.  I do know that many doctors will say levels between 240-400 fall in the range, but many of my clients feel better between 600-800.  There are many good supplements on the market, but I would not recommend taking them unless you get a baseline reading.

To Quote: “Testosterone levels are at their highest during adolescence and early adulthood. The first physical signs of testosterone, or androgens, in the body are apparent during puberty. A boy’s voice changes, his shoulders broaden, and his facial structure becomes more masculine. But as men get older, their testosterone levels decline about 1 percent per year after age 30. “

This chart breaks down the normal ranges of testosterone by age and gender, according to the Mayo ClinicAfter 30 men lose 1% of male hormone a year.  So if you are at 650 at 30 in  50 years at 80 you will be at 600.  The idea of men losing a lot of male hormone as they age is exaggerated.  A man that has a high level of 1,000 will be at 950 at 80 hardly any  noticeable change at all.  However, I have found that men seem to function best at around 600 to 800.
